University of Louisville School of Medicine Dr. Dawn Hills, M.D., F.A.C.S., joined the City of Hope Medical Group in 2008, as Director of Surgical Breast Oncology for the Pasadena and Glendale satellite offices.

Dr. Hills specializes in total care of the breast, which includes evaluation, state-of-the-
art medical and surgical treatment of breast lumps, education and follow-up services. She is available for routine breast examinations, evaluation of difficult to examine breasts and second opinions for women diagnosed with abnormal mammograms, breast lumps and breast cancer. Dr. Hills will evaluate the need for surgical treatment and provide alternatives for each individual case.

Dr. Hills graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, completing her training in general surgery at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center and Huntington Memorial Hospital. After completing board certification exams in general surgery, Dr. Hills then underwent additional training at the City of Hope Medical Center in her subspecialty, surgical oncology. She has been awarded Fellowship in the American College of Surgeons (FACS), the national society that recognizes excellence in
surgical education and practice.

Dr. Hills is available to provide services in our Pasadena and Glendale locations, Monday through Friday.
